PannionSeer Filmmaker makes filthy analog electro/techno, and has a knack for alien melodies and '80s industrial atmosphere. This guy's sound is clever in that it combines all the best elements of club-style minimal techno with a reclusive, druggy and raw bedroom DIY aesthetic. If you enjoy Tobacco, Pentagram Home Video, or soundtracks to slasher films, you might like this. The cover art is a perfect visualization of what this album sounds like.
